DESCRIPTION:The EACC is excited to partner with Festo Didactic for the August 2018 Company Briefing & Networking Series.\n\n\n\nThe event will provide an overview of  Festo and Festo Didactic with a focus on the dual track 2-year Mechatronics Apprenticeship program developed through Festo Didactic and Sinclair Community College. In August 2016\, Festo Didactic\, in partnership with Sinclair Community College and supported by TechSolve\, launched a 2-year Mechatronics Apprenticeship program piloting a first cohort of apprentices. The program combines mechanical and electrical engineering\, controls engineering and computer science. The mechatronic technicians are awarded an Associate Degree and are able to work as: Maintenance Technician\, Automation Specialist\, Service Technician\, and/or Manufacturing Technician.
