Join us for our breakfast series "Coffee & Commerce", a monthly opportunity for members and non-members to gather and network and listen to speakers on interesting topics around our Tri-State area.
This month, hear from the staff at Sinclair College in Mason about their programs and initiatives. How they serve the community and the businesses.
Chris Hubbard, Director, Mason Campus
Chris Hubbard has served at Sinclair’s Mason campus since it opened in 2007. Currently the campus Director, his previous roles include Operations Manager, Academic Advisor, and Adjunct Faculty (Music).
Chris is passionate about furthering Sinclair’s mission to “find the need and endeavor to meet it”, and seeks to position the Mason campus as a vibrant partner in the local community. In recent years, much of that effort has focused on promoting the workforce demand and Sinclair’s training opportunities in the areas of Automation & Control and Advanced Manufacturing.
He has Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in Music from Marshall University and Florida State University, and a Data Analytics certificate from Sinclair.
Chad Bridgman, Director, Work-based Learning
Chad Bridgman is a passionate, effective relationship developer with an ability to communicate visionary ideas to help inspire action through creative and energetic leadership.
With over 18 years of combined higher education and business experience, he helped launch Sinclair’s new Office of Work-based Learning during the summer of 2019 and currently serves as Director. Chad is motivated to help individuals link their talents and abilities to companies’ needs and wants through work-based learning experiences.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton.
Jenn Maynard, Workforce Strategy Partner
Jenn is a thoughtful leader and solutions finder committed to strategic growth and development. Dedicated to partnering with business and industry to help train and retain their current and future workforce by understanding individual needs, leveraging unique opportunities, and strengths, she provides customized solutions that deliver results.
Jenn has a passion for pilot development for middle and high school to foster engagement and create industry awareness.
A seven-year Sinclair veteran with appointments in the President’s Office, Regional Development, and Workforce Development, Jenn has over ten years higher education experience and fifteen years industry experience with a Masters of Science: Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelors of Science: Business Administration/HR Management from Western Governors University
