Young professionals in the Greater Cincinnati region are invited to attend the EACC Young Professionals Executive Insights event on January 25 featuring Thorsten Schroeder, CFO, Ditsch USA.
Thorsten is a senior finance leader with more than 25 years’ experience working for multinational companies such as Eastman Kodak, Performance Fibers, Curver, Michelman, and Ditsch developing and executing Finance Leadership and Operational Excellence in complex global manufacturing industries, facilitating growth and expansion strategies throughout Europe, the US and Asia.
As a senior management executive for large and midsize companies, Thorsten lead and implemented strategic initiatives, efficiency improvements, SG&A management, and commercial excellence with privately held, public and private equity ownerships.
Thorsten is an active member of the Project Management Institute and a Founding Member of the Rotary Club, Frankfurt Eschborn, Germany. Thorsten holds an Executive MBA in Economics from the Wilhelms University Muenster, Germany, and a BS in Banking from the Banking Academy Augsburg, Germany. Thorsten is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).
